Tell your story
If you moved here and have something to tell — about work, a business, neighbours, a failure that turned into something — write two paragraphs about what happened. That is enough for us to see whether there is a piece in it. You do not need to write it beautifully; that part is our job.
Correct a mistake
If something in a text or a guide is wrong, tell us what exactly and how you know. We check and correct, and when the mistake mattered we say so in the material itself. We also re-check the guides ourselves and put the date of the last check on each one.
Suggest a subject
Most of our subjects come from what people ask us. If you have spent three months failing to understand how some procedure works, you are almost certainly not alone. Write to us.
What we do not do
- We do not advise on personal situations: we are journalists, not lawyers or accountants.
- We do not publish anonymous complaints about named companies without documents.
- We do not run other people's press releases as editorial material.
